Fee waivers and discounts

IJRPHR provides an waiver of Article Processing Charges to authors based in any of the following countries which were classified by the World Bank as Low-income economies or Lower-middle-income economies as of July 2018, and which have a 2017 Gross National Income (GNI) of less than 200 billion US dollars. In order to apply for a waiver, please request one before submitting your manuscript by sending an email to editorijrphr@gmail.com

Authors from Low Income Countries may be granted up to 60% waiver.
Authors from Lower Middle-Income Countries may be granted up to 30% waiver.
